Talk that "in fact, every major average is in negative territory YTD" ignores the fact that at the 8/9/2000 close, only the S&P500 Industrials is down, and all other S&P US Indices are up, led by Utilities up 31.53%, while 3 others (Financial, Midcap 400 and REIT) are up double digits.
