Tell me, Fred, if you were a Tutsi in Rwanda a few years ago, and a bunch of machete-wielding Hutus started heading for you and your family, just where would you find the "bright/light" side of that development?

Personally, I'm all for being as upbeat as possible. But the qualifier is "as possible."
