Vic, believe me I hope you are right in your excellent analysis. The only problem that I can see is that you make a lot of assumptions regarding share price in your last post. Returning to the 20's after Labor Day with very little coverage and an inept PR in place seems to be rather lofty to say the least.

Accepting less than $50 in your scenario would indeed seem silly. Unfortunately the precipitous fall in the Naz and specifically the eCRM group has made it extremely difficult to judge how investors will react once the summer comes to an end. If one evaluates the last couple of years we should see peaked interest in a company that is a leader in its field growing at a 300% per anum clip, but we don't know. Unfortunately, at this point in time, it really may be going out on a limb to state that institutional holders after Labor Day would "expect NETP to be at least $25".

You are in my estimation also completely correct in insinuating that if a return of tech interest and subsequent buying does occur and for whatever reason NETP does not fully participate, for their own survival they may be forced to sell out. This however IMHO will occur at a considerable discount to actual worth.

Should be an interesting couple of months.

Good luck to all
