When I read they made a convertible share deal, I sold half my shares at a big loss. My gut said to dump the lot, but I thought I was being paranoid. Well....

The impact of these deals is horrible. Nothing about the company fundamentals means anything while these bastards are short selling to keep the price down. In fact, it is so obvious, I would say the company is at fault to put us through this shit. But, they would claim they needed the money to continue the business, damn the consequence.

Oh well, at the same time it is bad, it will only be temporary pain lasting perhaps 6 months to a year until Intraware can earn their way out of this mess. If they have to revisit this style of financing again as the cash situation does not correct, then we will again be beaten to a pulp.

So, for me it is clear. Run for the hills and don't look back when ever there are convertible shares.

Regards,

Mark
