Rarebird, Many thanks for the info. My talk with their tech control people indicated that Verizon is in a state of flux right now as the GTE portion is not fully integrated and where the new team is headed in wireless data and voice connectivity is not clear, at least not to the worker bees yet. All quite understandable in these early stages of digestion but I hope they don't dally finding a course and direction. Strikes don't help either. Bill
