Indexonly Technologies, Inc. Fully Reporting with SEC - Registration Statement is Effective

corporate2.indexonly.com

Indexonly announces that it has been advised by its legal counsel that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has verbally advised that effective 4:00 pm (EST) on August 4, 2000 the Company cleared all comments from the SEC on the Company’s Registration Statement and the SEC has declared the Company’s Registration Statement effective. The company is still waiting for the written order from the SEC declaring the Company's SB-2 effective. As a result the Company is now subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and the Company is in the process of arranging for its shares to be quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTC-BB).

Indexonly.com Affiliate Program Joins LinkShare
Forester Research reports that 20% of all Internet commerce is generated from Affiliate Programs. Indexonly.com is proud to announce the launch of our new Merchant Affiliate Program. LinkShare created this concept in 1996 and launched the first Affiliate marketing network. Linkshare has a network of 260,000 Affiliates and 450 Merchants. Merchants (like Indexonly.com) have Merchant Affiliate Programs and the Affiliates drive traffic and business from their Websites to the merchant Website. Merchants in the LinkShare network include Disney, Dell, Avon, Borders, Reader’s Digest, and JCPenny. Working with LinkShare we have put together an attractive offer to potential Affiliates and LinkShare handles the registration process, provides the network and technology, and tracks the success of our program. Indexonly.com and our District and Regional Operators will earn income when users referred from Affiliate Websites buy advertising and become Indexonly.com clients. Engage Media Sells Indexonly.com Advertising Space
We have finalized an agreement with Engage Media, a company that serves over 7.5 billion quarterly ad impressions, and reaches nearly 60 percent of the Web. Indexonly.com is now part of Engage Media's Flagship Network and some of the new advertisers that are now paying to advertise on Indexonly.com are: HP Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, Hitachi, Car.com, Time Magazine, Bell South, Evite, Tree Loot, Northern Light, AltaVista, Shaw@home, Wharton School, Masters Institute, ShopNow, Creative Labs and Standard & Poors. Indexonly.com's earnings from this advertising source are immaterial at this time but expects to earn increasing revenues based on the number of users viewing the ads (impressions). Look in the Indexonly.com "Shop / Partners" section to see many of these Banner Ads as well as some public service notices from the Ad Council.

Yours truly,

C.F. Sweeney
