Good questions. Capacity increases will not exceed demand by June 2001 according to the growth of broadband and wireless. So earnings will increase in unit growth if not margins as they are now due to a supply/demand problem.

David Maguire is in his mid 60's and has sold 500K shares for estate planning purposes. I will be glad to explain this to you privately if you wish to learn more about why one would sell shares even in a good company.

Furthermore, David Maguire owns over 300K shares of KEM personally. Isn't that enough?

There is an estimate of 3.77-3.82 for 2001 and 4.25-4.45 fpr 2002 from ML

Cyclicality is a given but they are attempting to remove it long-term contracts and B to B ordering.
