Bloomberg resports that analysts say the recent Barr Labs v ELI Lilly court decision will make it faster and easier for Generic makers to bring generics to market. Suggested generics may move today. Lots of reasons to buy generic producers at this time. At one time DRMD was going to challenge AHP as it pertains to Cenestin as an equivalent.Is that litigation in progress or never pursued? In consideration of the details supporting the courts decision, DRMD may prevail.
