Well here I sit and wait to see what the new day brings.Yesterday was a nice creep up +.18 to 1.43.Looks a bit weaker in here to-day but time will tell.HCI looks very weak to-day John but a small bounce may be nice from the .30 range.Looks like that is being hauled back.On HCI do you suppose that the volume the last few days is to allow insiders out before they do a share rollback???After all there is 112 million shares out that is showing. I like or should I say...prefer the float on OEL right now and the direction it is headed.A slow creep I suspect and then an explosion with news.Waiting with baited breath. The Osprey
