Does anyone believe that it is a coincidence that Westport introduces a Shareholders rights plan the day after GLE (Global Thermoelectric) announces plans for a $100 Mil offering? I think the two companies would be a good fit, since WPT has a better vehicle story and GLE looks strong in stationary power. For GLE to compete with Ballard, they need the vehicle side of the equation. Any thoughts?
