Hi daneo: I agree, too much traffic poses customer service challenges, all caused by the fact that HD lends new meaning to the phrase "customer service" I know of no other business that even competes in customer satisfaction. I was truly astonished. However, when too much expansion too quickly turns to too much dilution it can cause bankruptcy or at least a desire to leave the area. Both are very costly. ed
