Trev,

Not tendering my shares but for those who are, here goes:

My broker called this morning and advised me that I have until noon EST (TODAY!!!) to decide whether or not to tender my shares. The reason for this deadline is that since the shares are held with my broker and NOT issued in my name, the brokerage needs 3 business days in which to complete the transaction.

This deadline does NOT apply to those who have Winspear share certificates issued to them in their name.
