I'll throw out my guess that the rgr will be 0 to slightly negative for 2 more quarters. I now have a target of under 10. Revenue growth in q4 and beyond will depend on morale and how many key people jump ship. Technology moves fast, and anything less than 28% rgr is a losing position.

Reducing target from "under 10" to under 8.

8/10/2000: This is a crucial test IMO. Volume indicates we may break 8 today.
