I decided to break my bias against HLIT. They have been building a solid base in the $23 area, there is a large short position and they are in a hot sector. Also, I believe that all of the bad news is out on HLIT. Sitting on double bottom support at $23 and has a spread triple at $22. I'll give it a stop of $21. I bought an initial position today.
