You waited a long time and suffered much in the interim to be right on AMZN.

I never stopped suffering. I had to cash out after a 1100% rise.

However, it is worth noting that the lock-up will expire during the
so-called quiet period, so there could be an argument that a prudent short would wait until
the 9/30 earnings are released.

Risk/reward is still not good. More people make money being long than short and much more money.
