Outsmart for Workgroups is a unique CRM product offering specifically designed for the needs of the small- and medium-size enterprise (SME) market and is clearly demonstrating in real life, real time what the pilot and beta testing indicated the software could do for sales organizations. "We looked at a number of options that were available to us in the marketplace," said Bill Warren, director of information technology at Strathcona Paper. "The choice was clear. The software was user-friendly with the functionality that we need with the additional bonus of easy technical installation and configuration to our internal systems. Outsmart leads the pack." "We have spent the last year perfecting and testing our new Outsmart product and have now rolled it out to the first segment of the core marketplace for Outsmart for Workgroups," said SmartSales president and chief executive officer, Don Parker, in a statement today. "These first clients are very representative of the SME marketplace which numbers more than one million, in North America alone. Outsmart is clearly resonating with this target group. "One of the key benefits of the Outsmart software to these customers is its exceptional ease of use and the minimal amount of downtime its installation requires. Couple this with providing functionality to satisfy even the most demanding of sales departments, we are confident that we have brought to the marketplace a product that meets these high expectations," Mr. Parker went on to say. By developing a product which does not require either extensive customization or downtime to implement, SmartSales has created a practical solution for literally tens of thousands of SME organizations. "We are currently working on a number of key early adopter accounts for the Outsmart Enterprise version and fully expect a response from that market segment that will equal the enthusiasm demonstrated by the SME product," added Mr. Parker. |
