Peter, this is great news in my opinion. I agree with you that some will find ways to get around this, but it will provide a more level playing field. In addition, the new trading systems should also be more fair, and coupled with the information flows, this will be good for all of us. I have listened to many of conference call and was surprised to hear the analysts or news accounts leaving out what I thought was material information. Now, if we can learn to dissect the corporate BS from meaningful information, we should have better investments. All of this should be good for investors. Thanks and take care. M
