LONGVIEW, Texas, Aug 10, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Restaurant Teams International, Inc. (NASD OTC BB: RTIN chart, msgs), announced today that it has
received a formal letter of intent from a Franchise Development Group to Purchase the Master Franchising Rights for the state of Georgia for the Tanner's Original
Rotisserie Grill (TM) (Tanner's) restaurants. Additionally they propose to purchase Five (5) of the Tanner's restaurants currently operating in the Atlanta Georgia
Market.
Curtis A. Swanson, Chief Financial Officer Stated, "We are excited to have begun the process of franchise development for Tanner's Original Rotisserie Grill (TM)
restaurants. Our business plan for the restaurant division of our company is to generate future revenues through Royalties and Franchise fees for all the future
