Wrong. Wrong. And wrong. First, Brinker hasn't ruled out a Naz excursion to the 4200-4400 range in the short-term. Second, his bear market rally call got him into QQQ at 74 and out at 84 within a couple of months or so. That's a 13.5% gain in an environment in which the Naz is down 4% or 5% YTD. Third, he is not waiting for 4200 to get out, he's already gotten out.
