My system is to study overbought and oversold. As we all know, the shorts (borrowed from the large brokerages)are the cash pool for the specialist; therefore, we have to know the cost of those shorts on the books. That cost is the resistance level, which only the specialist will move beyond, if he has buyers for more stock.

The chart has not been able to establish a support level(no new institutional stockholders start to accumulate). That means the traditional pull back patterns will prevail. Pull back at 30%, then 70 % and finally 90% from the peak (last wave of the Elliot wave) before base will form and nice moves can happen after the usual two years.

So, if we have luck on our side, MAT starts a new bold plan to increase stockholder value by the new turn around artist the new CEO. The Elliot 5th wave will finish forming then level out and start trending up.

Good luck on all your investments.
