National TechTeam Announces Service Agreement with US Robotics

DEARBORN, Mich., May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- National TechTeam, Inc.
(Nasdaq: TEAM) today announced an Information-Technology Support Agreement
with US Robotics. This agreement is for post-sales support for the Personal
Communications Division of US Robotics. In addition, this agreement will
cover certain pre-sales support activities. TechTeam and US Robotics will
also work jointly to develop and integrate National TechTeam's Internet/
Telephony based "Foundation Platform" within US Robotics' Internet Services
Platform.
