George, your point is valid, but
it is still a good rule. What I think you are saying is that there is still not enough disclosure. Hopefully, the SEC will continue to force companies to tell more. As for those who are dishonest...there are always individuals who will break the law. More enforcement and real penalties will help to control but not eliminate that. Thanks for your response. Mark
