Mani, as for "availability of AMD powered machines getting less," I looked in Fry's last night.
More AMD machines than ever, both HP and CPQ 1000 MHz, mostly 800 MHz and above, more Athlon machines than PIII. One house brand Duron machine, in a row surrounded by Celerons. The K6-2 totally disappeared except a couple notebooks. Thats loss of market share in units, you are right.

I agree with your comments on CSCO, EMC, SUNW, DELL, NOK and INTC. The analysts keep herding everyone into the same onld stocks.

If you are looking at Jan 03 leaps, I would just buy the stock on margin. Its only $29 a share now. ;-(
