If these somm's are seling shares that are not in their greedy little hands, guess what? When the Dr. hits anything commercial, they will fry! If some institutions and other large buyers come in, these jackels have to purchase shares somewhere. They can't borrow forever unless this is a scam. In which case they could push it down once again to cover. BUT, if it is the real deal, it will go straight up, and I think once confirmable UPR news is out, there will be no sellers.
