Will do Chris. Also going to work on a "quick DD checklist" soon as I have time. A buddy is working on an in depth one now. I find myself sometimes jumping in without checking one or two little things, than can turn out to be big things...usually at the worst possible time. A little checklist is what I need. Also, did you see this: The SEC votes to "Ban Selective Disclosure", the information which has traditionally been given to Analysts prior to the investing public. With the advent of the internet trading, there has been a push to pressure the SEC to this Rule change. Some of the potential negative effects being pointed out by protesting analysts: "They predicted that some companies would avoid speaking openly out of fear that they would be punished for releasing information that could be deemed "material." Some said the ruling could contribute to market volatility, because retail investors may not know how to interpret complicated financial information released by listed firms."
