formally a small cap (NVST) announced today that they have entered into a joint
contract to hire LandBase International, Inc. LandBase International will assist
in the acquisition and reorganization of NevStar Gaming & Entertainment Corp.
and the Mesquite Star Hotel and Casino. In addition, LandBase will provide the
necessary due diligence for the refinancing of the Mesquite Star Hotel and
Casino.
