as of June 30, 2000, Prize's long-term debt was $211.4 million.....Combined, Prize's oil and gas reserves are 96 million barrels of oil equivalent or 576 billion cubic feet of natural gas equivalents with a total value of $580 million based upon SEC Guidelines hmmmm. 14.25 million shares. $370 Million value of reserves less debt. $24.56/share value of reserves...... $22 stock price....... hmmmm.....am I missing something here?
