Mr. Tilley is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Jacmar Companies, a holding company with operations in California and the Asia Pacific region. The Jacmar Companies’ central operations include equity investment, real estate management and restaurant and food services distribution. Mr. Tilley was previously a senior partner at Tilley and Roth, Certified Public Accountants, which merged with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Tilley holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. Following his graduate career, he joined USC’s Department of Accounting and taught courses in accounting, auditing, analysis of financial statements, advance taxation and Internal Revenue Service audit procedures. During the past 25 years, he has often returned to the University to teach classes in entrepreneurial studies. He has also taught at UCLA’s and Stanford University’s Graduate Schools of Business. |
