Dell was light earnings.

And revenues as well.

Their dearth of R&D is beginning to show up as other OEMs, at least in servers, are incorporating features that they can't just stamp out of sheet metal.

I don't understand what you meant by this statement...could you explain.

Disappointing earnings for the techs as a whole (Dell's were), especially after Cisco and AMAT.

I agree.
