Hank,

I like this opportunity but dislike tightly controlled products such as tantalum. The tightness of the markets has a tendency of screwing new projects up because new projects have debts to pay (e.g. PDL- Lac des Iles and palladium). Suffice it to say that things get complicated with a company that needs to service it's debt. What that does to the stock price over the short term is probably irrelevant. I would be interested in knowing the potential substitutes for Ta. REE markets are being screwed by the Chinese. I have a funny feeling that the Chinese may also screw Ta markets. They are presently screwing the talc market (after doing it to mercury, REEs, graphite etc). The Chinese have no debt and no operating costs outside of buying foreign equipment <g>. Hard to compete with the commies.
