Nah, I think Jan 99 was worse. Basically everyone who had AMD stock at the beginning of the year lost 50% right away, and I bet many were deep in the red, like me. Now, many people still have 100-200% gains.

What I find funny about this stock drop is that we all knew the infrastructure problems were there, and we all (except Kash) didn't sell the stock in the 70s-80s, but many of us have stock from the teens and twenties. Meaning many people bought near the bottom, but didn't catch the top, or were even close to it. Denial perhaps? If the time ever comes, I don't think this thread will ever be a good indicator of when to sell AMD. ;)
