To any and all,

Assume that I am ignorant for a second (OK, OK...for more than a second). Now would someone please explain to me where the shares to pay for USRX are coming from? I just got my 3Com proxy, and item 2 is whether to authorize an increase in "authorized" COMS shares from 403,000,000 to 1 billion (with a 'B'). Does this mean they won't necessarily be issued?

Is the math that says "CompanyValue/Shares = SharePrice" still correct? Does the denominator refer to outstanding shares or authorized shares?

Is there a split in the offing?

Thanks for any info...I need edification.
