PROMOTION Moves Stock Prices! Quality stocks can report record sales and earnings, receive huge litigation awards or announce an outstanding new acquisition or product and that quality company's stock might not move up at all. In fact it might even drift down lower in price. In my opinion, there MUST be a FOLLOWING of that stock and the company should "Promote it's stock", which is a MUST to get Wall Street recognition. Without Wall Street Recognition even GREAT News will have little effect on the price of a stock.
How then does a company get Wall Streets attention? Promotion, Promotion, PROMOTION! Then, when Wall Street does perk up and take notice, they will be pondering over ALL of the things the company is doing, even PAST news. That Past News will be factored into PRESENT News, which will spawn PROJECTIONS as to what is perceived for the FUTURE of such company.
Does DNAP have a promotion plan? I believe they do and I believe they are ironing out each wrinkle daily. Perhaps the effects of such will soon become evident.
Where does the small investor sit in this panoramic view of things ? I have posted this before but my perception remains the same which suggest that the small investor falls into at least one of 4 categories.
1. Some see what they believe Wall Street will eventually see and thus are positioned. (Being positioned, with strong expectation as they consider what they think might be a HUGE WINNER. Right or wrong, openly and steadfastly, unselfishly voicing that opinion.
2. Some see the potential but are skeptical to the belief that Wall Street will see what they think they see. (likely would be investors who complain & belly ache until the TIDE Turns in their favor, at which point they might even become momentum buyers of the stock.)
3. Some see the potential but refuse to acknowledge it for fear of being wrong. (These may silently risk a little and invest, then, if it turns out a big winner, they knew it would happen all along :^) If not, then they likely would never admit being invested and claim they knew it was a bad investment all along :^)
4. Some just do not see or believe in the future of the company or its product. (logically these would not invest in such a stock OR spend their TIME discussing it at all. If they did, then there would be reason to think such an investor might be considered as one who is not using very good judgment, a potential for loss of money, personal time or others time.)
Do you fall into one of these categories of the small investor? I'm in # 1 and I again suggest that a short and to the point summary of a view I personally hold is fairly simple. (A) Larger companies are going to have to do business with DNAP sooner or later ONE WAY or ANOTHER.... (B) Perhaps that might produce a joint venture after all , Only time will tell .
Many view the need to be sales and we did have a few BUT I lean toward a Licensing of DNAP's Technology which WILL perhaps produce those HUGE SALES. Then a HUGE PROMOTION of such a DEAL that will Perhaps Move Stock to MY Target of double digits.
The above is my personal opinion and it is my opinion that PROMOTION Moves Stock |
