BioFiltration Systems Inc. Announces First Three Contracts for SWOMI to Provide 2MB Internet Wireless Service

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS) announced today that its Technology group, Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, has entered into an agreement with 1,500 condominiums to provide high speed wireless services. This agreement represents the first signed contracts for installation and use of the SWOMI(tm) system and will provide the residents of these condos with T1 level Internet access from a totally wireless system.

Al Keyser CEO, BioFiltration Systems, commented, "I am pleased to see the rapid acceptance of the SWOMI(tm) technology by members of the business and residential community. Our company is looking forward to servicing their wireless needs for many years to come. I am personally very pleased that the high speed wireless Internet alternative made possible through SWOMI(tm) is seen as a viable alternative to providing high speed broadband wireless Internet support to large residential condominium complexes."

Jay Knabb, CEO Beachaccess.net, commented, "this contract represents the first such agreement for the provision of the SWOMI(tm) wireless system here in South Carolina. In addition to our continuing efforts to expand and enhance the communications speeds and features of the SWOMI(tm) system, Beachaccess must also focus on the expansion of our company's sales and marketing capability in order to reach additional business customers. I believe that the creation of wireless telecommunications infrastructures (in targeted geographic regions) should be our main focus at this point, but I also feel that it is equally important to develop positive cash flows immediately through the sale of our SWOMI(tm) systems to large businesses and residential customers."

Charles Corbett, owner of 500 of the condominiums stated, "I am delighted with the potential that the SWOMI(tm) systems holds for our customers by providing high speed wireless Internet access without the use of a telephones and modem. This approach holds down the costs of business to my company and makes communications far easier for my customers. To be able to offer T1 Internet access (without wires) for $40.00 per month to my customers here in Myrtle Beach, places us in a highly competitive position within our industry. The mere fact that our resident can carry their laptop from home to the beach, and surf the Internet while the kids play in the sand is unbelievable."
