Has anybody figured out the action in STEM yesterday? 12% increase on the best volume in two months? A Yahoo poster suggested that a German analyst (unnamed)had recommended STEM, and I've seen a reference to potential legislative action to increase stem cell research funding that I haven't been able to track down.
