FORSTMANN-LEFF ASSOCIATES LLC sells over 1 million (-20%)SNDK shares in 2nd Qtr. With SNDK at $122 on 3/31, you can;t blame them, especially knowing SEG was selling. We all should have known the same thing. Fidelity did. The question is, who is selling now, with the price down 66% from its high and 50% since the end of Q1, after all of the good news: the Lexar win, QCOM's designing in an MMC slot, Palm supporting an SD slot, a stellar Q2 report, etc. Jay
