12 month target price 25, Wow. I have been encouraged by bmcs market action recently. Shows no inclination to retest 16. We will need market collapse here to see that. We are building a base and I think the worse days are behind us even if market falls BMCS should hold 16 and any opportunity to buy more there should be considered a gift.
