Gordon, the recording is of poor quality. I had to listen to it twice. Frankel did sound VERY confident as to the outcome of the BDX suit; however, I listened to the CellPro conference before =their= day in court, and they also exuded confidence. I don't think much could be read into it, either way. Looking forward, I was impressed with the number of new products QDEL is working on. I believe it was 14 new items, if I heard it correctly. --Randy
