Thank you from pointing out that I did not pay much attention to the ascending three waves. You can go into a forest and not seeing all the trees. Technical analysis should be look at as a record of the action by market makers and specialists. It should not be looked at as the momentum by waves of investors. So, I look at the resistance as the cost of shorts. The last three waves are buy back actions, which is the most significant actions by the market makers. These waves are entirely guess-able. I say guess-able, because it is the signature of maybe only one individual that offered the stock (buy and sell quotes)on the market.

The reason I prefer my analysis is because I cut my teeth with the Richard Ney concept; then I have contact with a specialist through my father's dealings. My early account was with someone who is the boss of a large brokerage bull pan of their internal 80 market makers.

Have fun. Making money is easy, but your theme of your investment limits your potential. If you are a large investor go with the firm that will offer you guaranteed 40% gains each year, same as what Warren Buffett got. It is a tradition on Wall street.
