Bambs, Again with 1929--eco conditions totally different today. And as long as tech is dynamic and baby boomers are in the market PEs will be higher. As far as Fall Rally goes it will be based more than on elections. It will be based on lower interest rates from the Fed coming sooner rather that later. Higher rates caused the soft landing. If it seems a bit bumpy the Fed will add liquidity. Mike
