Ken: The sky has never been 'falling' according to Bernie. That is one of his better strengths, he talks a good game. But the 'plan' conveniently changed every time he mentioned it. We have cash until the 1st quarter. Great. Then what? At the current usage rates (40 mou/month) the uptake chart needs to be more proportional to a Delta II contrail than that hockey stick everyone like to reference. The SP's will provide financing. Sure they will. Just like they have set up roaming agreements ahead of the gateway roll outs. I will believe it when I see it. Loan covenants are currently set. The only reason to change them is if they benefit the granter more than the current arrangement. If that happens, someone must come out with a weaker hand. (I dont believe in "Win-Win" scenarios when it comes to money.) If G* needs to change the deal, it will be because they are in a position of weakness and concessions will be made. Those concessions will hurt shareholder. Why? Simply because we will not have a voice at the discussions. The people who write the rules make them such that they are favored. G* needs users and they need them yesterday. All this talk about things that will happen is missing the point. The SPs have been slow and even negligent (IMO) in their obligations to get the ground system ready to support when the space segment came on line. Dont promise me something tomorrow if you have shown no inclination today of trying to support. Jeff Vayda
