opal, Here's the S-1. 10kwizard.com Not planning on buying any. My exposure in this business is big enough, thanks. I worry about the climate in which this IPO is going to debut. Bad seasonality. With good economic data coming out, the Dow breaks 11000 again while the NAZ sells off. Both have crummy breadth and high/low ratios. Very narrow leadership again, few hot sectors left to rotate to. Bearish, IMO. I'm not saying we'll crash, because we don't have Asian flu or some such. Though if the FED really DID overdo it and we find out in three months, maybe we'll get more than the average correction. I could see each average losing 25% from here before bottoming in late fall. Haven't gotten quite high enough a spike in my individual stocks to hedge. All rallies faded before selling/hedging targets hit. Looking to take my lumps, hedge deep into Novemeber, and go away for a while. Cheers, Tuck
