The trouble with T is that it is still a $100B company, but its traditional core business is withering and there is nothing they can do to get it back. They are making the right moves, but the new T is a speculative venture with lots of uncertainty. Does that sort of venture merit a $200B market cap (a double from here)?

I don't think it will anytime soon.
