Oldtrader... I think the insider conspiracy theories on stock price manipulation are a little overdone. MSD knew about the revenue shortfall but they promptly leaked it to the market; they also knew earnings were OK. I don't think they or anyone could really forecast whether the stock would go to 38 or 45 because the market sentiment can easily swing it that much. He sells a lot of shares all the time because he gets so many options granted. Their focus remains longer than quarter to quarter, as it should be. I just hope he's not being too optimistic when he says we can count on 30% topline growth; the last two quarters haven't done it, but they seem to be saying that is an expected part of this transitional phase and they are very confident the rampup is happening.
