opal, I wasn't referring to her pocketbook...I was referring to Bartiromo's talent. How 'brainless' is it to excel in one's field...? If you wanna talk about 'narcissism' in media...especially TV...all the best have healthy ego's intact...I don't see a 'narcissist' as much as I see a Perfectionist and maybe, an 'over achiever'. And she doesn't work well with sloppy presentations...she just won't hang with it...She has standards. I myself respect that. The point of most interviews on CNBC is...Promo. Now, I would assume that these interviews have strict limitations...in this litigious business environment, I would not expect too many 'probing' questions... I think it takes Smarts to walk the 'fine line'... Bartiromo always achieves promo...with Style. [If that's her intention...! <G>] She defines 'smart'. Just my personal opine-
