To All, I had a private E-Mail asking my thoughts on dilution. I thought I should share my response with everyone because I would like feed back. I feel no matter who they brought in you had to expect dilution in some form to bring them to the next level. In this case PNLK was able to bring in some very heavy hitters who have contracts based on the stock increasing in value. With their backgrounds, the Governmental ties PNLK has and the world wide need for "something" to tie B2B together - I see this as being in the right place at the right time. Again, dilution was going to occur no matter what was done. The only outs were to have originally done an IPO, IPO PNL-TV now (it has little value at this time), to sell shares at fire sale prices to continue near status quo or to look for a heavy hitter or two. I believe they did the right thing. Only time will tell, Roy
