So I would gather from your infoletter that "assumption" should be that if one accumulates DTEC and the planned combining of the PHOX & DTEC occurs this summer then the value of the new stock would ? a.) water down phox to a point where it is trading at level = to DTEC (influx of DTEC's stock into PHOX's current pool) or b.) that the combination of the two would result in a raising of DTEC to PHOX's current level under the DTEC symbol? Forgive my ignorance but I am having troubles finding what would seem to be the conclusion...it would seem that there is potential here (I'm a network specialist and understand the product and it's upside/downside) but based on info presented so far I feel like I'm missing a valuable point... Any help would be appreciated... jf...
