Well, if my impression of this company is correct (and I need to look into it this weekend) then this is a severe overreaction - Calico is worth more than $5./share, come on!

I have another emerging-type enterprise commerce company (EPNY) and I will probably sell that one and move it into clic unless I can see some huge negative here.

I used to not like Calico but that was because with their IPO somebody was positioning them as "e-commerce" which at that time meant the b2c model of bringing the entire country online at once (immediate scale) or transaction revenue like Cmrc for the huge transaction volume which was being forecast for the exchanges.

My feeling was calico had a software model and should be valued as a software company, whether "commerce" was in their name or not.

OK but now software has rebounded, who cares how they are positioned, I know they are good at some things (configurable boms? - not sure) so they are worth more than 200mm!

But by the same token stocks don't fall like this for nothing - epiphany is holding up and they are growing about 100% y/y I think (maybe more)... hmmmm
