Someone just dropped 100 sh at 28 when the trading is at 26. What do you mean 'dropped'. SOLD or BOT? It has to be BOT since everyone would be interested in selling at 28 when the price is 26. So u claim that someone bot at 28? Not possible since the order will go at the ASK no matter what u are prepared to offer even if u offer 100 !! That was probably a late reported BUY from when it was at 28.
