Traditionally, Intel's Pentium class of processors are capable of up to 2-way multiprocessing. I'll bet that Willamette is indeed capable of 2-way SMP, but Intel decided to confine Willamette to single processor configs, and make 2-way and above Foster-specific. By the way, cross your fingers. If the Willamette launch is less-than-stellar, RDRAM could end up as the scapegoat. Tenchusatsu
